The title is the tldr from here on in its research paper level insights on open ended cock sheaths divided by key point.
1. It has an inset between the shaft and scrotum that allows the Kinky-Kreatures-Cock-Knot to sit comfortably against your body: this feature is so important I would not be willing to buy a device like this without it. I am amazed none of the pictures on this site show this pivotal innovation as almost no competing products have anything like it. Instead,most Cock-Sheaths (hereafter CS for short) are flat on the back (picture 2 teal device for comparison not offered here). This means they cannot lie flat against your body and must stick out at minimum as far as the space your scrotum needs to exist. This means that most CS have a gap against your body which looks sort of ridiculous and most Open-Ended-Cock-Sheaths (hereafter OECS for short) end up floating roughly in the center of the shaft looking extra ridiculous. By contrast Kinky-Kreatures-Cock-Knots are inset between the shaft and scrotum allowing them to rest against your body like a second skin (Picture 1)
2. Your penis will meaningfully be on display: the length is short enough that a substantial portion of the your penis actually extends from the end of the Kinky-Kreatures-Cock-Knot. Many OECS are so long that only the head or even just part of the head for most users will reach the end. The Kinky-Kreatures-Cock-Knot adds girth while actually allowing you to still directly experience your partner.
3. The measurements include suggested user size: Most CS on the market only detail the toys measurements leaving it to you to figure out what size you would like. For inexperienced buyers it is very difficult to find the right size that way and many reviews of such products describe having to buy multiple sizes to get the sizes right.
4. The “well endowed” size is usable and not comically large: the Kinky-Kreatures-Cock-Knots well endowed size makes the whole bigger without changing any other proportions. This is very important because even with that change the final diameter on a well endowed user will be larger. Most OECS on the other hand get equally bigger in all dimensions. This means the turquoise device in picture 2 is about the size of a 4 cup mason jar BEFORE it is put on. While I’m sure this is suitable for some couples for most it is not. It is also longer on the same account which is worse as discussed above in point 3.
5. It fits like a second skin: the Kinky-Kreatures-Cock-Knots are sculpted to look like they are a part of you. And bevel out to your penis and body instead of ending into a super thick lip in front as many/most OECS do. This makes staying in the headspace and not feeling utterly ridiculous far easier.
6. Its ribbed for HIS pleasure: the inside instead of being a smooth shaft like many OECS has very nice ribbing making sure it feels as amazing for the giver as the receiver. The only thing I wish is that there were more styles. Especially one where the knot itself was more pronounced narrowing to a thinner base further back.
